Found Stray Animals
Below are all of the stray animals reported to or currently housed at Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter. If you believe that your animal is currently at our shelter, please call us at (517) 676-8370.
Stray animals with known owners are held at ICACS for seven days. Animals without a known owner are held for four days.
We require all pet owners to come to the shelter to verify the identity of their animals and we require proof of ownership before we will return the animal.
