The Annual Open House 2011 kicked off the beginning of the Toys for Tails which ran until until Jan 3rd. We had a lot of people bring in great toys for the shelter animals.
Our Christmas angels really came through this year for the shelter. Here are just a few of the many who rallied co-workers, clients, family and friends to raise funds and bring in much needed supplies from dog toys to food, litter and office supplies. Thank you for thinking of the Ingham County Animal Control animals.

The Open House was a fun event and a huge success with discounted adoptions, $5 micro-chipping, shelter tours and the grand opening of the newly added spay and neuter surgery suite at the shelter. Volunteers, staff and visitors enjoyed the wonderful refreshments provided by our own special volunteer bakers and Santa came to visit for some very special photos! The toys for tails is still ongoing until the end of the year so don’t forget to drop off your toys for the dogs and cats at the shelter.
